1. About these terms

These Terms of Service apply when you visit or purchase from the After Padel Club online store. By placing an order, you agree to these terms together with our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights.

2. Seller information

The store trades as After Padel Club. Full registered seller details will be published on the Contact Information and Legal Notice pages of this website; in the meantime, our contact details and business address are available in our Privacy Policy. Customer enquiries can be sent to hello@afterpadelclub.com.

3. Products

Our garments are made individually after an order is placed. We aim to describe and display every product accurately, but colours may vary slightly between screens and finished garments. Measurements are approximate and small production variations may occur.

4. Orders

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed when we accept the order and send confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorized, pricing is clearly incorrect, or we reasonably suspect fraud. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

5. Prices and payment

The price and currency shown at checkout are the amounts payable, together with any clearly displayed shipping charge and applicable tax. Promotions are subject to their stated conditions and may be changed or withdrawn for future orders. Payment is processed by the payment methods available at checkout.

6. Production, shipping, and delivery

Production and delivery estimates are provided in our Shipping Policy and are not guaranteed. Where we arrange delivery to a consumer, risk of loss remains with us until you or a person nominated by you receives the goods, except where you independently appoint a carrier not offered by us.

7. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Cancellation, withdrawal, return, and refund rights are described in our Return and Refund Policy. Made-to-order production does not remove mandatory consumer rights. Please contact us promptly because production may begin shortly after an order is placed.

8. Faulty or non-conforming goods

You are entitled to the remedies required by applicable consumer law when goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described. Contact us with your order number and photographs where relevant so we can investigate and provide an appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund.

9. Intellectual property

All original artwork, logos, photography, copy, and other store content belong to After Padel Club or its licensors and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with store operation, or use the services for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

11. Third-party services

The store is hosted by Shopify and may use third-party payment, fulfilment, analytics, and delivery providers. Their services may be subject to separate terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses arising from a consumer purchase. We do not exclude or limit liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or mandatory consumer protections.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Latvia, while consumers retain any mandatory protections provided by the law of their country of residence. Disputes should first be raised with us so we can try to resolve them fairly. Consumers may also use applicable national consumer-protection or alternative-dispute-resolution procedures.

14. Changes

We may update these terms for future use of the store. The version in force when an order is placed applies to that order.
