Refund policy

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in the condition in which you received it, with any original tags, and you must provide proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact hello@afterpadelclub.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return instructions and return address. Please do not send items directly to a Printful facility without our instructions.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If an item is faulty, damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, After Padel Club will provide an appropriate solution and cover the necessary return or replacement costs.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible and include clear photographs so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Exceptions

We cannot accept returns of gift cards, used or washed items, or personalized products made to your individual specifications, except where the item is faulty or your statutory rights apply. Contact us if you are unsure whether your item is eligible.

Exchanges

The quickest way to receive a different size or item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is accepted.

European Union right of withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions. To exercise this right, email hello@afterpadelclub.com with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw and include your order number. We may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or you provide evidence that they have been sent back.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional processing time before the refund appears. Original standard delivery costs will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law; optional express or upgraded delivery costs are not refundable.

This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.
